Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton Airport

We stayed at the Travelodge on 3 occasions during our 6 week holiday and were very pleased with each stay. The staff remembered us each week as we came and went due to flights in and out of Edmonton. The on-tap coffee and hot drinking water throughout the day (near Reception) and the breakfast were appreciated. The rooms did vary dependent on what was available when we booked, but they were all acceptable and more. Parking onsite was good and there were plenty of nearby food options.

Good that coffee was available for off hours. Excellent in having fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and appreciate that. Could hear when other room used their washroom, but it wasn't excessive. I like that mattresses were fully encased in bugproof zippered mattress covers and gave me confidence of not bringing home unwanted guests.

No fridge, TV, microwave worked but actually noting was plugged in. The bathroom toilet cistern flushed all night. The bed mattress was a little soft and dipped in. Standard Canadian basic breakfast.

The staff were great. The room was a good size. They had coffee available all day. Whilst parts of the hotel are ageing other parts are modern. They appear to be slowly renovating. It is about 5kms to the airport. There are a number of food options close by.

The room was excellent! It was one-bedroom and had a little kitchenette - so there's lots of space! We were on a corner so we had access to 2 outside windows, which was nice. Also, it was very quiet.
